We stand behind the quality of RAW COFFEE+. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact Amazon customer service directly through your orders page, or email us at refunds@rawcoffee.plus with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using tracked shipping for returns over $50.
